I thought states were not allowed to run debts or deficits? I think WI is required to have a balanced budget anyway....something about states cannot issue money, so they must be kept at even up. Well, whatever. Maybe there is a special exception for NJ. Never been to NJ, but from what I hear, this means you are telling me I have to move to Alaska. <<gg>> Guess I'm going to have to get my walkin' around pistols nickel-plated as a fashion statement. Maybe you should just gold-plate the rifle rack in the back of the Bentley instead.
