BTW, I also have a general accounting question... Is reported EPS per share before or after taxes? Just trying to figure out what impact this tax cut will have in CREAF's cash flow situation. Perhaps we now know why CREAF announced a dividend!

Actually I did discuss Chay and Ng with her also. They are both well below the 5% reporting limit so I don't think anyone but them really knows. But she thought that Chay was around 1 million and Ng about 2 million. But don't hold either her or me to those numbers. She thought that they were both holding what they had. The main reason they were selling was to fund their new businesses. But if they don't need more cash, they probably aren't selling.

I hadn't heard anything about this tax business but if I remember, I will see what she says.
