Thanks for letting me know that.. I still am waiting for them to get back to me about the order for COOl placed on tuesday morning.. This is the one that cost me a bundle because they filled late.. I had a similar problem with another trade on Monday and they refused to fill it.. Im trying again with COOL because this time it was at LEAST 10 minutes until the order was filled, no exaggeration- so I may have a better argument. You wouldnt happen to have a name of the trade manager you spoke with/emailed, would you? that would be worth a billion to me right now.. anyhow.. thanks.. holiday is over
