Regarding VLNC- I got suckered into buying some of this back in '93 when the CEO touted the company on CNBC. It crashed. I read the annual report. I sold my shares immediately. This company has stunk up the market for years. Note that venture capitalist Berg manipulates the company through all sorts of veiled corporate entities. And it is my belief that Berg's agenda benefits Berg at shareholders expense. Also note that VLNC's competition includes a consortium headed by MMM. Conclusion... IMHO you guys have done your homework, smell the garbage despite the cheap cologne. I'm just adding my experience (which is still in litigation as a class action lawsuit, I think). If ya can destroy Berg's money machine, you have my blessing. Paul
