I just meant I'd done my "homework" in talking to the SEC in as what I could/should do.... they were always as confused as I was about how to handle an internet newsletter... but I believe I did my best to work within the limits... as for Kevin/Carl.. they will have to be accountable themselves... as for the stocks I'm now in... BNEZ and SGNC... BNEZ has a tangible product and some definate red flags... but I'm sticking with it ... SGNC is a LONG shot that will take years to develop... the rest IBM,MSFT,BMY,CSCO I think are pretty legit. I never claimed to be knowledgeable about investing... people seemed to like my stocks early on and one after another began asking me to email them when I bought a stock... it just grew after that and Kevin came aboard to handle the emails and eventually took it over. No need really wasting time on me Janice... I'm quite SURE there are posts I made that looking back where VERY immature and inappropriate... but it's a growing process I guess.. and it's sad people got hurt along the way. WE BOTH KNOW that if I did something wrong, the proper authorities will deal with me. No need personally attacking me here.. if you have any questions you can always email me or talk to RAVENCRAZY as she's gathering alot of notes on this whole thing.. or you can forward any of your findings to enforcement@sec.gov ; I know I am. jim ps...
