Good Morning Dan.....Thanks for all the Information....We have heavy wet snow and lost power again this am....and of course the computer does not work...so I am not up on reading the S-1.... Yeah the weather here has been a bit uncomfortable here, but I get along pretty well as I live in the country, right up to The Olympics and have propane for cooking and heat with a woodstove....a bit back woodsy....but I miss my computer and the TV.....karen ps...I am praying for news from CYTO this week....re: Axcell.... otherwise this stock may revisit its lows...there then needs to be a shareholder letter to explain the New Management's Plans......and since I took the 'K of D' responsibility, I really do not want to see it do a revisit........have a good day......Karen
