2. INVESTORS ON-LINE GUEST LINEUP

Market Update:
Andrew Pyle of ABN AMRO Bank (http://www.abnamro.com) will join Pat
to take a close look at the week's market events and offer their usual
insightful analysis.

Inside Trading:
There have been many changes to the Toronto Stock Exchange in the past few
months. The lastest, a new 60 stock, blue chip index. We'll talk to
Richard Carlton of the TSE to find out what's behind all the changes and
how it will affect investors. (http://www.tse.com)

On-Line:
Most analysts are predicting strong sales for traditional retailers this
holiday shopping season. But what about e-tailers? cyber sales are
expected to double this year, but exactly how many consumers will
choose to point and click their way to the perfect present is sort of like
guessing what's under the tree. Despite more on-line retail sites to
choose from, reporter Jennifer Fleming finds that some consumers aren't
ready to give up the malls.

Inside Story:
Promis Systems of Toronto (PSW-TSE) develops software for the
semi-conductor manufacturing sector. They're in the process of being
taken over by a U.S. company, PRI Automation (PRIA-Nasdaq). And,
investors are liking the share for share deal. We'll talk to the current
President and CEO of Promis Systems, Ian McKinnon about the takeover, and
plans for the future. (http://www.promis.com)
