If you are patient and willing to take some risk, have a look at Dimethaid (DMX) on the TSE. IMHO it will eventually really perform - like many taking longer than we always think, but over the next few months we should see some positive announcements.

In that category, consider Apex Silver as well. They will likely produce more than 14M ounces of silver, 133,000 tonnes of zinc and 40,000 tons of lead per year, after 2001.

But, assuming silver prices do not thank to $3 and stay there for years, the best and purest play is First Silver with a production of 2.5M ounces per year and selling at a P/E below 10. In production since 1983 with 15M ounces silver proven and 45M inferred.
