I believe that a good deal of the recent rise was the stock returning to a reasonable level after being depressed in august and september, but I think there is a good potential upside also, given the nature of their involvement in the tech sector and the projected growth for that sector. I would of course recommend that you do your own research into the stock, and perhaps read through the SI thread for SCI before coming to any conclusions, but my general outlook is positive.
