Great article - a keeper - reflects my experience in this BB world - I will buy no more, unless fully reporting, and then only with extreme care. But as you say in your post, can be true in any market - these stocks, however, seem more susceptible to manipulation.

Zack, this article was one of the most useful things posted on this thread in a long time. Thanks.

Given Mr. Chelekis' own recent problems and involvements in stock scams and other dubious endeavours, this has to be the funniest thing one could possibly read at the moment. Death threats? Really quite difficult when one is laughing so hard he can barely type. Now, take a little time and do a little research on your beloved Mr. Chelekis. Any good 'Net search engine will get you started; here, I'll even supply the starting 'keywords': 'Chelekis' 'scam' 'Reg S' 'floorless convertible debentures' 'pump and dump'

Thanks for the entertainment.

The article should be required reading on all the penny stock threads. I have seen the manipulation described to a tee on a number of stocks. Never seen the dirty deeds described in such detail and organization. With all of the money being lost on all of these pennies, these dastardly manipulators must be millionaires many times over. And the crooks include insiders in many of these companies.
