Jim, I think in this case weather's a valid excuse (assuming any excuses are valid). I think some of their Joe's Crab Shacks are located on the Gulf on shore near water- just what you want and expect. They were attacked by the storms that roared through. Shouldn't be a problem to recapture lost bus. though. They'll rebuild, put up pictures of the devastation, show how shacky and tropical they are, make a big thing of it (they should -- it was a big thing) and business should come right back. JMO.

Jim,
in this case, there is some validity to the argument. The company has the majority of its properties in the south, some very much directly in the line of fire of repeated hurricanes.
