I'm not an American - but if I were, I'd be up in arms over this proposal. Looks to me like one of the greatest infringements on American rights I have ever seen. As far as getting rid of trafficking is concerned! - that could have happened long ago if there was a real desire to see it happen .... that explanation is just plain nonsense. MB
