Got word on EB pricing. The CS w/50 licenses is just under $25k. I figure they need to sell the better side of 1500 seats a quarter to stay in the black -- keeping all other ALTS numbers as they are. The first "real" quarter presumably starting on April 1. I would assume a big account (Utils/Oils) would buy as many as 500+ seats or $250k+. With other accounts being in the 100 to 200 seat range ($50 to $100k.) These admittedly less then informed assumptions do not take into consideration a merger/bundled package marketed with that of another company product (as I suggested in a prior post.) Obviously placing a whole new look on things. Otherwise, the pricing seems very cheap all in all. I can't see much reluctance on the larger account side of things (gross outlay.) Fortunately for ALTS, they have a solid list of existing clients that are on this larger side. It also appears EB is being sold as a "new and distinct" product without any reduced upgrade pricing. This is good!
