Very well said Mr. Kenyon!!!

In my discussions with the ASE they said there was not enough information for the shareholders to make an informed decision. My response was that it's my money hanging out there in the wind so let me vote on the deal. Unfortunately to them I was just white noise.

Ultimately they have insulted the merchant bank by insinuating that they don't know how to do due diligence. The fact that the bank committed to pony up $40 mill of risk capital was somehow beside the point. In the process they have also implied that the 1100 BV shareholders are a bunch of idiots who are incapable of making an informed decision about their own money.

And protect the shareholder they say???? Just talk to the poor investor that lost a job and needs money for the mortgage. Monday morning will not be kind to him/her.

I hope someday HDL creates a billion $ business out of this and BV Shareholders can start an action that will make the ASE's liability insurers sweat bullets.

Cheers
