The impeachment process may very well hurt the Republican party. That may well be correct. However, long run, the impeachment process must be continued and followed through. Otherwise, we have abrogated the rule of law. Hopefully, there are enough patriots in the Republican party to keep this from happening. I fear not, however, time will tell. It simply is intolerable to have a lying, perjuring, office abusing, justice obstructing pig in the WH. However, it would be even worse to abandon the impeachment process for the purposes of political expediency. JLA
