The fruits of the due diligence that remain for anyone are that the currentCusac management has yet to disseminate to its shareholders their plan or strategy to fight for the value that they have put into the Company. Over 21 days have elapsed, and where is the management stating they will call the EGM? Would that not be an 'I'm in charge of the welfare of this company statement?'. The lack of any activity in there leads one to believe that there is no one in there that will step up to the wicket. The management had until December 3rd (21 days) to set the date. We will announce tomorrow our intentions. For those shareholders nervous; fear not, we have no intention of destroying this company, we intend only to preserve the current assets and provide new ones of expedited growth potential. Thank you.
