good solid support at 9/16. Lots of offers at 11/16. Looks like the market is awaiting confirmation of CXI's news before it chooses a direction. btw HCM, S.I. does have a spell checker. <g> purething

4000! thats not awake, thats barely a pulse... Hope you had a good one. One thing that is of real concern to me over ACWA is time, is there time left to do the demo even if funding came through now? ACWA is due to put a preliminary report in to congress this Jan and a final one (with 'independant' NRC report I think) in March. That seems real tight to me! Dick Smith had anything to say on the subject? He's one of the few characters down there who I 'instinctivly' trust. Maybe I'll email him today... regards kh
