Yes but here are the restrictions

Only if the stock is not marked NM or NS (Nonmarginable, Non-shortable). Otherwise it will not be possible to enter 2 sales for 1 open position. Usually it works if you have enough buying power (one sale is marked short sale.)

This was the case if you wanted to place the entire position in each sales order. It is possible to put half in the sale and half in the stop loss sale then.
