Sold 3/4 of my MALL and bot IFLYW.

IFLY has early breakout in chart. Volume up 10 fold. Up 7/8 today to 6 15/16. Warrant strike price is 6 1/4 so they are now "IN THE MONEY"

These warrants have all of the upside leverage of calls or futures without most of the downside problems. Since they are good until they year 2003, there is no appreciable decrease in premium over the short term.

They tend to go down only in proportion to the stock [ie a 25 % drop in the stock produces about a 25% drop in the warrant price at these levels]. However, a 100% increase in the stock produces about a 400% increase in the warrants.

YOU GET MOST OF THE LEVERAGE OF A CALL WHILE RISKING ONLY AS IF YOU HAD PURCHASED THE STOCK FOR THE NEAR TERM [2 or 3 years].
