I'm here for fundamentals, as well.

I think I know which co. you are referring to and I agree with your assessment of what happened there.

RE:downside to "cert calls"
It is fine for people that have a personal broker in a reputable brokerage, but I have heard many horror stories of certs being lost for extended periods somewhere in transit between holder/broker/DTC/etc. That is really the only downside, that a person might wish to sell and can't.

Best of luck,
George

Clamenza, The first 50K shares I called out of my DLJ account "disappeared" today, so I assume that I will soon have those share certificates, so it appears the ball has started rolling. Per your post:

I am here for the fundamentals of DCI. Anything else, such as a short squeeze, is
gravy........and I like gravy !!

Perhaps the squeeze will turn out to be just gravy, but I personally think that there is a LOT more involved here. Just consider for instance the additional lever it gives DCI to have a stock trading at $4, versus where we were a month ago (sub $1). I think that it could well be, that the higher our stock is during the negotiations to sell DCI are underway, the better the end game will be for all of us. Does this not make logical sense? I mean would it not be easier to sell DCI at $10+ with it already trading near that number?? Now just take a look at DCI's chart and go back to where our cert. call first began..see a correlation?? I hope that the squeeze continues, but does not just spike up and fall away, so far it appears that we have just been moving up fairly consistently.
