Daniel: In your judgement, how many Contracts with Foreign Companies did CHINAPOST sign for the Stage 1 of their Country wide postal Network.

If there is more than 1, who is the systems Integrator responsible for
Project management which includes Insurance,Test trials and certification of the Network before acceptance.

Pardon my ignorance.... "56 byte cells"? Did I miss something? I know I've been out of the loop for a while...when did they add 3 more bytes to the ATM cell?

Where you don't have that knowledge, you
may want to preface your comments with "IMHO or I think it SARS the packets into
56 byte cells".

Excuse me Daniel, I meant 53-byte cells. Momentary lapse in the DRAM in my brain. Other than that, please show me where my comments are off.
