PR is a stock you may want to look into... Heavy accumulation recently, including over 400K shares by Mr. Price, the namesake. Into cellular communications (Cellular One brand name) and they are testing Portico (General Magic) and also offering internet access. This one might well explode soon. Also, relatively heavy call interest at 10. Do your own DD, but looks interesting to me.
