Gregg Tero has already admitted those problem's on Nokia thread. I dont know if the new phones have overcome the early problem's. I noticed Sprint is offering them again in NYC. Have you tried a Star-tac yet?

Regarding Q. I went by Sprint today. Here's the latest on what I was told. The store received 200 of the new Q phones, but they didn't work. It should be sometime next week before the problem is fixed; not sure if it is a firmware or hardware problem. From what they said, I gather it is the former.
