For those who care...Edmonton papers carried an update of the company yesterday. Point summary follows: 1. company has a memorandum of understanding set to close May 31 to license its VS/Link and S/Link(R) to a private Canadian company. 2. company has reduced its 20-member staff to on-call contract positions, with a single part-time office manager and part-time product support technician remaining on payroll. 3. company is still 2 million dollars in debt 4. two directors have resigned 5. creditors have been understanding and have generally been patient and supportive 6. Airworks has until May 31 to satisfy securities regulators and the ASE that the company is stable enough to be relisted
