With the Dow up 173 points for the week, and the Transports up 120, it begins to look as if this summer's 20% decline will be either the shortest or the second shortest bear market on record. Many public prognosticators seem convinced about Dow 10,000 on the short-term horizon. [Oh God, not another CNBC special]. The orbiting internet sector has now become too dangerous to play from either the long or short side. It is like nothing I have witnessed in over 31 years of continuous investing. Perhaps it is akin to investing in Guglielmo Marconi's wireless in 1902 (RCA), or it may be that the salad oil scandal of the 60's has been resurrected.

Christian, I am hedged in BFLY still, will drop the BFLWY long side of the hedge when the craziness ends, which may not be soon. I think the market is going higher.
