Mr. Wang.................I am about to purchase some shares in GSH.

I have been unable to get their Fax No. via the phone co..Can you get this info. for me.I wish to get their investors information package, and it would save me writing.

Meanwhile could you tell me if GSH are linked to Chiwan.

I have been reading-up on China for some time, and feel now is the time to invest. My interests are in fertilizers, transportation and the development of China's infrastructure.......in particular the production of ammonia.....a fertilizer component.

Thank-you,

R.

Mr. Wang................The reason i'm interested in Chiwan is that Norsk Hydro [one of the worlds largest fertilizer producers ] have fertilizer handling facilities at Chiwan.

They are in negotiations with Asia Pacific Resources APQ/tse to handle the distribution of their potash,in the amount of 2mmt/y,by the year 2002

I think a large portion of this production will go through Chiwan.

Also China has a large nitrogen producing plant at Haikou.....s/w of H/Kong which I can see a JV with Sinochem/Norsk for the construction of a NPK plant somewhere on the 'banks' of the Pearl.

Does GSH has all/most control of freight in this area ERGO my interest.
