Does anyone know the terms of the Tajikistan agreement, and what IKAR must do to maintain the agreement? Or, why the shorters thought that IKAR would fail to get financing for the Tajikistan property?

I'll call IKAR to get their thoughts as well.

Company Press Release

Globus Group Announces Investment Opinion by The Wall Street Warrior on IKAR

IKAR Gets Great Review by Wall Street Warrior

VANCOUVER, British Columbia --(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Dec. 16, 1998 -- (OTC:IKAR - news) The Wall Street Warrior, a monthly newsletter that reaches over 1.5 million readers in 27 countries every month just released their review and "Buy" recommendation on IKAR. The Warrior is a respected publication whose independent analysts receive no compensation from any company nor their competitors. Their U.S. office located in Florida (305) 262-2626 released the newsletter yesterday. Amongst the 13 companies they reviewed, they recommended 5 sells, one hold and 7 buys including the following on IKAR:

"IKAR - We seldom recommend a resource company as a buy, but this little company has done some pretty big things over the last four years including nailing down some exclusive mineral rights for the country of Tajikistan in Central Asia which has been estimated by various geologists to be valued at more than $7.2 Billion. Since former Soviet government did all the expensive work, IKAR stands to profit handsomely. Solid and experienced management a big plus. This is a great value buy at under $2.00 since it should grow to $5-$7 within six months. (See www.IKAR.com) Our recommendation: BUY."
