Can you pay all of your stock gains/losses just once a year? If you make 10000 trades in a year, can you still just take care of all the gains and losses at the end of the year?

NASD. I am in the same boat. I am trying my hardest to lower what i pay to the Goverment but all i can do is Cry because they are going to get their 39 %. What can i say "IT SUCKS!"
