All of these taxes is why day trading is harder work then the causal observer and trader thinks it is.

Like I said, you can probably skate the first year, but, after that
you will pay a penalty.

Capitol gains are listed on line 13 of your 1040 under income. You
have extra income? The IRS wants its cut.

Don't forget the state if they have an income tax.
