Well, I have an update on CPQ's shareholder offer after calling another Compaq DirectPlus number and getting hold of someone willing to dig around a bit. The offer does not start until Monday and we shareholder, "Should have received a packet explaining the offer," by now. It is for a 330 Prosignia with a Pentium II 400. The woman would not give me the price [and I could not figure out if she knew what it is or not]. The information packet we have all supposedly received by now has the code number needed for the web site. If anyone besides me does not get the packet by Monday, the number to call for the code number is: 888-202-4367. Now for some complaining: Compaq should have waited to put the shareholder offer on their web site until Monday. [look at top left under 'Special Offers'] directplus.compaq.com Lynn
