Once again, where in Canada are you?

Home of the Leafs.

The exSIMers owned 20% of ZuluMedia which becomes a smaller percentage in the overall Zulu-tek pie.

That's history. Out of curiosity, anyone know what the current share would be? I think the SIMer is a non-issue probably anyhow. The problems being faced now have little to do with them, and have everything to do with no cash flow which would kill just about any company. They've burned through all the money they've received to date. Growth will take more. How do they plan to pay for all the great promises without any cash? Now, with the NASDAQ listing toast, they'll have a harder time even selling a stock based deal.

We already see plans for a private placement of 1 million shares, convertible to 5 million commons - that will dilute current holdings by 30%. How much can they raise for 5 million shares? How fast will it take to consume those funds?
