LVA.to - just heard it will be merging with a private co BUT I change my position on it since I received their info and just terrible financial reporting - they still have not announce their financials from the year ended JULY 31, 1998. One quarter has passed already, what will they do, announce year end and first quarter numbers. I am out!! And I'll believe the large deal they say they have when I see it. The stock has NOT be acting well and wouldn;t be surprised if they are being offered a price right around where they are now. One day it's one thing, the next another thing - have to invest in proven management team -- BUT a few very high level executives I've found out have left the firm within the past few months. I cannot be part of that co.
