Hans-Erik,

Some of us over here are also amazed and at the recent turn of events. I too picked up the stock early and was getting somewhat discouraged by the price action.

It does not appear to be an early buy-out phase, but simply a mass feeding frenzy of small investors. There is currently a fear by many people of being left out of the internet craze. The internet leaders such as Yahoo! and Amazon.com have become so high priced, that investors are now looking at the second tier internet stocks. As you can tell by the recent posts on this board, many trade in and out during the day. With more buying than selling this pushes the price up. Where it will end is anyone's guess. But it has been a fun ride!

I guess the positive thing with the current run up-and-down
in this stock is that many people, including professional investors,
got this stock on their radar-screen now. When OMKT starts to perform, i.e. getting down to fundamentals, I believe this is a winner.

OMKT has been slumped in with internet retailers where the business model is easily copied and imitated, and there are some really overpriced stocks in that market. OMKT on the other hand provides the infrastructure for those markets, and have a real advantage of other companies getting into that infrastructure because they have a real investment in software, knowledge, and personnel...

I live in Europe and the market for e-commerce is about 12 months later here than in the U.S. But it's taking off really good now with the new common european currency and with the tax advantages that Internet commerce brings (remember, Europe consist of many countries - each having their own currency - do realize the potential of having one currency and a simple and free trade = Internet e-commerce)

I'm not writing this to "re-hype" the stock, I'm in for the long haul and ready to wait. Those speculating in the short term (up or down) are at risk.

Somehow, the recent run-up could be interpreted the same way -- at lot of people see the long-term potential but the market is trading (extremely) short-term, so when the Internet stocks turn down so is OMKT.

The minute current management proves that their business model works (i.e. profit or substantial revenue increase), and I believe this will happen, this stock will go up. Which is also what the CEO wisely said on CNBC the other day.
