I was wondering if you could tell me the best way to place a premarket trade on a NASDAQ stock. I tried placing a premarket trade today at the ask using ARCA and the trade never filled. Would I have been better of using Selectnet. It was a thinly traded stock and wasn't showing any ISLD on the ask. Once the market opened I had to chase the stock for 3/8 point and then didn't get all I wanted.
