pezz, it sounds like you are really reaching for an excuse here. The law as written gave plenty of safeguards for the mother and doctor. If the doctor felt the womens health was seriously at risk he/or she could easily say it's a potentially life threatening issue.

They could change the wording and I would be willing to bet we would still see many rabid abortion lovers oppose it. :-)

If they put physical health down as a requirement, some would say what about mental health and so forth. Some people will go to any length in order to blindly support William Jefferson Clinton.
In this case, 9 month babies are having their heads sliced open with a knife and their brains sucked out of them. Oh, well who cares, after all if Bill says it should happen then it should happen. He's our King! :-)
