Doug, if you have a chance to look at it over the weekend, I'd appreciate your thoughts on IFMX... it's been tantalizing me for a few weeks now, but so far not enough to pull the trigger... this may be the week. If they announce deals with Baby Bells, it would likely move big... a big "if", but possible..... MG

ECHO - I like this part the best: "IP-Charge is one of the first solutions to process credit card transactions entirely over the Internet using standard TCP/IP protocol.
