Click on "my computer"

Click on your hard drive. "c" drive on mine.

Open your "windows" folder.

You should see the files I mentioned.

I'll bet your "temporary internet files" folder has tens of thousand files if you have never emptied it. You will find your "cookies" file and your "history" file there also.

You can also delete your Netscape or IE history file. All of them take up memory on your hard drive, or so I have been told.
