I'm not sure how significant the SEC filing is. My understanding is that the filings that you see today were put in weeks or months ago. Note that the intended date of the sale was 11/20 - a week ago. Clearly he didn't know what was going to happen, and this was only a filing some time ago of an INTENTION (at the time) to sell. On the other hand, it MAY say something about the operating results to be announced sometime subsequent to 11/20. But it's hard to tell with the information currently available.
