Recall, that the preferred can only be converted to common at $1 or above I believe. Anyone, please correct me if I'm wrong. If that is the case, then we are only at 40 odd million for the foreseeable future.

"Y'all were pretty level headed there for awhile discussing the pro's and con's but lately the hype has been heating up again." Craig, based on all I have seen, heard, and researched, it is hard to not get excited or hypish on MDIN. Unfortunately, much of the relevant discussions and exchanging of information has retreated again to the private message forum for a variety of reasons. The most common reason is that somebody comes across some info-they share it-time passes-nothing happens-they get accused of hype or lying. The real reason is that events rarely occurr to a hard and fast deadline-things in the real business world are almost always late-also plans at MDIN are constantly changing-at times its been difficult to keep up. I have tried to post much of my research on the research thread although some of the more recent information I have come across I have delibrately left off because I have been asked to so-again for a variety of reasons. In any case, believe it is fantastic time to buy: 1)Dayton suits to be settled very shortly 2)MDIN to annouce debenture or joint venture shortly to pay for drilling/development of Lipangue-drilling to start as soon as decision made by MDIN on funding route. 3)Production scheduled to begin at the Carin placers in less than 3 months. 4)There is a good possibility of short squeeze due to current share registeration efforts-also rumored that very significant buying has occured/occurring from certain parties in Chile-parties in the know so to speak-very good sign. Also, shorts may use settlement of dayton suits or annoucement of debenture/joint venture as reason to cover. If I were them, I would!
