Great idea! E*Trade has honored my trade inquirys as well before. Because HH&G (their primary MM) was down today, they share in the liability for bad executions. The opposite happened to me. I had a limit order on NAVR fill on a dip and didn't find out until long after the price had risen another 2 points. In the meanwhile I bought a large position in CYCH, overspending my account by 60k. It went up 4 points, I sold it and kept my NAVR for Monday's action. I don't think I'll request an inquiry!! (-:

Bull, A couple more days like today and I will join you in Kauai. Depends on NAVR on Monday. Had a great day but not a GREAT day, too busy watching NM languish a bit. Finally went all NAVR. Will be back into NM very soon, still has a lot of room to go and is a different play than NAVR. Aloha. TJ

NAS - I lucked-out on NAVR in a similar way. I bought NAVR at 8 5/8 and kept changing my sell-stop order limit up to 11. Never did get a confirmation. Ended up cancelling the stop limit thinking it might not have gotten executed. Woke up this beautiful Saturday morning to find I'm still in NAVR on the 8 5/8 buy. I'm happy with that.
