I just went long BNYN......(posted this on Yahoo too)

I can tell by the volume and price movement that BNYN is being accumulated just under it's resistance. Once everyone is on board it will be released like eggs was when it was being accumulated at $13-14. I rode eggs from 8 to 31 in a 3 week period and took some profits out to put it in BNYN.

Another thing, I had a very difficult time buying my 70 Jan 10 calls from the MM. They didn't want to part with them and would only give me partial fills even though I was on the ask so I ended up buying some of them at the high today.

I would not be short this stock because it could follow MALL ($7-$57) or Navr which doubled on friday and will probably double again on monday. I mention these two stocks because they will spin off an internet IPO. One other point is that MALL hired a CFO about a month or so before the spin off. BNYN hired a CFO several weeks ago and I'm sure they are trying to rush out a spinoff anouncement while the irons hot so to speak. You better believe this is true because there are just too many initial investors including the underwriter who want to ride this thing up.

Even without the spinoff this stock is a good value.

Regards

Whats the latest opinion on BNYN?
I'm holding over the weekend.

I keep hearing things like takeover rumors, internet spinoff, etc,,,,
so theres upside, but i think there's less downside since its not a pure internet company...

Is this a fair assessment?
