Bluegreen, the difference is that if things go right for XOMA they will be generating income sometime next year. Even if, "things went right", for ENMD or GERN they would still be years away from sales. Think this holds for GERN but have not rechecked.

Under the tax and spend policies of BOTH major parties, billions will be taken away both from individuals and corporations to be pissed away on payoffs to contributors, friends, and in buying public support thru funding popular but unsound programs. Change will come faster if people use all legal methods to reduce their taxes.

I have no objection to investing in foreign corporations. In fact a foreign corporation that has a sizable portion of its' revenue generated in the U.S. might be even more attractive.

I am not eager to see XOMA taken over and if Bermuda can add to the takeover defenses I would like to see how.

BTW do you still anticipate the VD gang as including XOMA in their paper portfolio?

Did not know the FDA was concerned about domicile. Is that why no foreign corporation has ever had a drug approved by the FDA? <g>
