Two pulley Block and tackle on a sheet of 3/4 inch plywood.Hook the B&T to the vehicle if it is a exterior enterance.Gives you double purchase.Oh yes and don't forget the rum for after. We put in a new FHA oil furnace and due to regulations we had to disconnect the wood furnace. I took the wood furnace down to just the chambers and took it out piece by piece.Then I drank the absorbine junior and rubbed the rum all over myself.LOL

Scenario 1: Drain the water, disconnect the pipes, make a frame of 2x4s around it, install drywall, tape the drywall, paint it and install a wood board on top.
