Sonki, the short answer is no. Win 98 does have support for more than one monitor, but it has to be used in conjunction with more than one video card or a multi-monitor video card like Appian.

There are two issues, hardware and software. The most important issue to you is the hardware since you want a notebook. Any configuration which uses multiple monitors also has to use the plug-in video card which supports that function, and a notebook isn't built for adding plug-in video cards.

To do what you want to do probably requires a desktop, for the charting capability, and a separate notebook for interfacing with the broker. We have a configuration sketch for this set-up and I'll dig it up and post a link to it for you.
