Sure I can tell you why they do not report. But it was you who discredited the company before doing any research.

I will ask again.

So you have no problem discrediting a company before doing any research?

Why would you do such a thing?

You see that is Ellen's problem with Janice and you're group IMO.

marcos,

What he wants us to say is that Mr. Ben Ezra has addressed the shareholders as to why his company is not now a reporting company. Simply put, Mr. Ben Ezra feels he has been misquoted in the past by legitimate news sources, that he doesn't want BNEZ involved in internet hype (by either longs or shorts) or speculation, that the company is not prepared to file yet, and that filing or not filing does not help the company or its' stock price.

While that was very easy to find (it's posted all over the place), the bottom line is that longs will rarely acknowledge the degree of risk associated with their investment. From the viewpoint of longs, problems that arise are fault of the naysayers or the shorts, or lacking those two scapegoats, the evil MM. Naysayers serve only to exacerbate the company problems. And woe beyond to anyone who might actually question the company's numbers, projections or goals. Witness their lack of civility towards ELIO.

Of course this all comes under the general category of risk denial. Is BNEZ a scam BB stock? I don't know. Possibly not, likely probably not. Is BNEZ a highly speculative investment? Most definitely yes. As an investment, is BNEZ suited for the average investor or a newbie? Most definitely not. Will the longs underscore that fact in their cheerleading of the stock and advise newbies and the less astute investors of the degree of risk? Most definitely not. To do so might impact their own wallets.
