Thanks Elliot, I stand Corrected...I was reading the filing wrong here is the excerptThe Company is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Creative Computers, Inc. (the "Parent"). Upon completion of the Offering, the Parent will own approximately 82.3% of the outstanding shares of Common Stock (80.1% if the Underwriters exercise their over-allotment option in full). Oversubscription at a guess is ~5-8 times oversubscribed we should hear more on this on Monday or Tuesday at the latest...Pricing should Wed at the latest...is my best guess... };+D
