Let me ask you Tech. What if the decision does come out in January and the judge states that MSFT has been proven to have broken Anti-trust laws (and it is looking more like that will be the outcome). And the decision continues on to say that MSFT must break apart.

You and so many others here have come to the conclusion (I guess too many of you believe what the MSFT lawyers tell you) that the DOJ case is dead and MSFT will win. Nothing could be farther from the truth folks! The NSCP merger means nothing to the case since NSCP is not the plantiff (remember), it the DOJ!

Reality will eventually sink in and the stock will be on its way back down. At least I got several people on this board to make stock predictions on MSFT! So now lets see who is right in the coming months.

The stock has had a nice little run - but remember that it has basically run on a misconception that the NSCP merger means the DOJ case is dead - and its not!
