Hi Dennis,

Check this one out. It looks like there is no buy out by LU. And what
about the selling 3 quarters of STRATUS deal. Seems no one is talking
about it any more.

Be careful at this valuation.

Cheers!
Mike

Hi Dennis, I saw that amount on my original post. I was wondering if you were going to pick it up. As I said before, selling is nothing out of the ordinary. That's why I'm not concerned.

Side note: I work for a company called Watson Wyatt and my specialty is Executive Compensation. I can assure you, I see this stuff all the time. Executives receiving stocks or options (especially in the tech industry) has become the norm. These incentives are used to attract, retain, and motivate executives. Solely basing investment decisions on insider exercises and sells would be very unwise. I know that you know this.

Great week in the networking sector. Any of you guys who own XYLN sell this week? It seems to have run into resistance.

Sup.

I wouldn't be too concerned about insider selling. These trades can be for legitimate reasons, such as major purchases or to diversify portfolio. Insider buying on the other hand is usually significant since an insider isn't obligated to make additional purchases. Some research that I have read indicates that insider buying usually signals an upside move in 4-5 months.

Take it for what's worth and remember what you paid for this unsolicited advice ;)

Jerry

<<Look again. He applied to sell 25,000 shares on both 11/10 and 11/4. That's 50,000 to me. Could be more or less than normal. The fact that he is selling at all causes me concern. Maybe it shouldn't, but it does.>>

In stark contrast to Bucky89's excellent technical info (and discovery and sharing of Mr. Fun's ideas, also very helpful) I will suppose the following regarding Mory's insider selling -

1) He just got married
2) He is "thinking" differently now (and will never think the same way again :~)
3) No matter how much money he has, he is going to need more
4) His bachelor pad is not cutting it, he needs a house
5) Expect more of these sales in the future

Not as profound as Bucky's info, but maybe just as valuable :~)
