UBID is coming out early next week. You can get some through Merrill Lynch or William Blair. I understand Wit Capital will have some too. Only 1.6 million shares are being issued at a range of 14 to 16. There will be 9 million outstanding after the offering.

Prior to the IPO, you can buy MALL which now owns 100% of UBID and will own 80% after UBID's IPO. In six months UBID's shares owned by MALL will be spun off to MALL shareholders.

In view of the meteoric moves by EBAY($8 billion market value) and ONSL (almost $2 billion market value), UBID looks like a clear winner.

I own MALL at the moment. My other Internet holdings are DRIV, NAVR, NETG, CDWI and EXGP.
