WM,
<<<<our intensive search convinced us there is massive short position in DCTC. it will take us several more days to get the clear picture>>>>

Once all the books and records have been transferred to the new TA I believe we be able to determine very quickly what the short position is. I have been able to find out that in fact our program of calling for certificates has put a lot of pressure on several firms which has reached several of the market makers. I posted sometime back that I was able to determine we had one firm that was short quite a few shares along with one market maker. My best guess is the firm is Canadian and the market maker was either NITE or NFSC. Most of the naked shorts come through NITE. It's just my opinion but I believe one of these days NITE might just get his you know what caught in the wringer. Normal naked shorting in Canada is legal but sometimes depending on the circumstances it is illegal and if the market maker knew it was illegal then they are considered a involved party. As long as we call for the cert on all new purchase we can keep the shorts from driving up back down before the name and cusip change. Once the QP is over I believe we have a whole lot more to talk about other than short selling.

Best Regards
